1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Philippine Residency

Any discrepancy between the name on your account and the name on your GCash, Maya, or bank account may delay or prevent withdrawals until resolved through the support team. 4 Account Security

5.3 No wolfjl Transaction Fees

wolfjl does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own standard service charges, which are outside wolfjl's control.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the wolfjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wolfjl does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

wolfjl offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all wolfjl promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Philippine residents aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates will be listed in each promotion's terms.
• wolfjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Players who have already accepted an active bonus will have their wagering requirements honoured through the original bonus expiry date.
• Attempting to abuse bonus systems — including but not limited to bonus hunting, creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, or systematically exploiting low-edge games to clear wagering requirements — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus-related winnings.
• All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on the wolfjl Platform — including slots, live dealer games, e-sabong, roulette, bingo, fishing games, and Fishing Disco — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software where applicable, or use live-streamed licensed events for real-money wagering. Game outcomes on wolfjl are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, account status, or any other external factor.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error during a wager, wolfjl's policy is to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Where a disconnection occurs after a game round has been fully resolved, the recorded outcome in wolfjl's server logs is considered definitive.

For e-sabong wagers, wolfjl follows the rules established by the licensed cockfighting event operators. In the event of a cancelled match before the outcome is determined, all wagers on that match are voided and returned. wolfjl is not responsible for decisions made by the cockpit arena or match organizers regarding the validity of a match.

For sports betting, wolfjl follows standard sportsbook void and settlement rules. Markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body (PBA, NBA, UFC, etc.). wolfjl reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where live odds were offered in error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wolfjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account on wolfjl, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine AML laws.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer or poker games.
• Using bots, automated software, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from a known or suspected error are void.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other IP-masking tools.
• Accessing your wolfjl account while subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, including by creating a new account.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing wolfjl accounts or account balances.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the wolfjl Platform — including but not limited to the wolfjl logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, text content, software, and database architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of wolfjl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wolfjl Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any wolfjl content without prior written authorization from the Company.

Game content provided by third-party game studios — including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spadegaming, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, and other wolfjl content partners — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by wolfjl under valid licensing agreements.

11 Limitation of Liability

wolfjl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wolfjl does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, network outages, or events beyond wolfjl's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. wolfjl will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime through on-Platform announcements.

The wolfjl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wolfjl makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors, or compatibility with all devices and network conditions across the Philippines.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with wolfjl through the following escalation process:

1. Step 1 — Customer Support: Contact the wolfjl support team via live chat, Viber, Telegram, or email at [email protected]. Most disputes are resolved at this stage within 24–48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Written Complaint: If Step 1 does not produce a satisfactory resolution, submit a formal written complaint by email. wolfjl will provide a written response within seven (7) business days.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Complaint: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the licensing authority for wolfjl's online gaming operations. PAGCOR maintains a formal player complaint procedure for disputes with licensed operators.

13 Amendments to Terms

wolfjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be required due to updates in PAGCOR regulations, changes in Philippine law, platform feature additions, or operational policy revisions.

When material changes are made to these Terms & Conditions, wolfjl will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page with the "Last Updated" date displayed prominently at the top. Your continued use of the wolfjl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
